I have worked closely with Curtis for almost 3 years.  As Director of Operations Curtis has managed the complete operation of our production and distribution facility in India, and our sales and customer support division in Thailand.  His duties included inventory control, purchasing, hiring and supervision of over 60 employees, instituting quality control procedures, setting up and supervising a complete sales staff, and managing the complete day to day business of AKCP.Curtis has also completely established our new assembly and distribution facility in Honduras.   Starting from scratch he created an entire division, including banking, accounting, shipping, quality and inventory control, and all the other facets of a well run business.  His work has been a major factor in our company's continued success in the environmental monitoring industry. He has proven consistently that customer need and company profits are not mutually exclusive.  During his tenure, we saw an increase in profits that exceeded five hundred thousand dollars. The new revenue was a direct result of the plans implemented by Curtis. I could continue on with more glowing accounts of Curtis, but will instead simply say that I really do think the world of him and respect him greatly. It saddens us all the Curtis has decided to leave us so he can return to the U.S.I would without any reservation recommend Curtis to you.
